This policy explains what information Kinorva LLC ("Kinorva," "we," "us") collects through kinorva.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Kinorva LLC is a Delaware limited liability company serving businesses in Metro Atlanta, Georgia.
Information you give us
When you use the Email Team form, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your company name and phone number if you choose to provide them. Submissions are processed by Google Apps Script and delivered by email to our team.
When you schedule an assessment, the booking is handled by Calendly. Calendly collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the type of device and browser, and approximate location derived from your IP address. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. We use this only to improve the site.
The Email Team form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects hardware and software information to tell people from automated bots. That data is sent to Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations you request.
- To follow up by email about the inquiry you submitted. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand site usage and improve the site.
- To protect the site and form from spam and abuse.
How we share information
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the features described above, Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA, and Apps Script email delivery) and Calendly, and only as needed to provide those features. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visits. These cookies are on by default. You can decline them using the banner shown on your first visit, or at any time with Cookie settings in the site footer. If you decline, Google Analytics is turned off for your browser. reCAPTCHA may set a cookie that is needed for the form's spam protection.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as they are useful for the business relationship or as required for our records, then delete them. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in our Analytics account.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Opt out of follow-up emails.
- Decline analytics cookies through Cookie settings.

Minors
This site and our services are for adults 18 and older acting on behalf of a business or institution. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. The Email Team form will not submit unless you confirm you are 18 or older, and our server rejects any submission without that confirmation. Our scheduling page will not open until you confirm you are 18 or older, and the Calendly booking form asks you to confirm again. Meetings and any written communication with Kinorva are limited to adults 18 and older. If we learn that a submission came from someone under 18, we delete it. If you believe a minor has sent us information, email privacy@kinorva.com and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to the people who need it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
