These terms govern your use of kinorva.com (the "site"), operated by Kinorva LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Kinorva," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

What the site is for

The site gives general information about Kinorva's AI smart cooler and micro market services and lets you contact us or book a meeting. Nothing on the site is an offer, quote, or contract. Any installation, pilot, or service is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to submit the Email Team form, book an assessment, attend a meeting, or correspond with Kinorva. By doing any of these, you confirm that you are.

Information and statistics

Industry figures on the site come from third-party research and are presented for general information. They describe broad trends, not a promise of results at your facility. Estimates we provide during a site assessment are projections, not guarantees.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, send spam or automated submissions, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with how the site works.

Intellectual property

The Kinorva name, logo, text, photography, video, and design are owned by or licensed to Kinorva LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

Third-party services

The site links to and uses services we don't control, including Calendly and Google. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we're not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinorva LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
